After JRock Homes established itself as one of Utah's up and coming premier home builders, the Sorenson Real Estate Group selected their affiliate company, JRock Communities to build their 390 Unit, 49 acre Rosecrest Village project. Rosecrest Village offers luxurious attached and detached units and is situated within the master planned community of Rosecrest in Herriman, Utah. In the 2007 Parade of Homes, the Rosecrest Village unit received the Judges' Choice Awards for "Best of Show/Category", "Best Architecture/ Home Design" and "Best Interior Design".
